The Western Outlet builds on over 12 years of experience from El Alazan, a primary brand that has grown to make this new venture possible—offering high-quality western wear at the most accessible prices. As a family-owned business, we operate on the belief that high-quality apparel should be accessible, and we use our industry experience to curate a selection that meets the needs of every customer. We are especially proud of our footwear expertise, moving roughly 1,000 pairs of boots each year and ensuring our inventory stays fresh by offering older styles at a significant discount.

About the Owner
To Cesar Ramirez, Western Wear Outlet is more than a store; it is a vision to ensure everyone has access to high-quality western wear at a fair price. A dedicated family man with deep roots in Central Kentucky, Cesar's story begins in Guerra, Mexico. As a child, he was nicknamed "El Alazan" ("The Blond Horse") for his non-traditional blond hair and green eyes—a name that later inspired his business ventures.
Cesar's commitment is informed by over 12 years of industry experience and a lifelong connection to the root of western style: the vaqueros (cowboys). After moving to the U.S. in 2001 and applying his background in business administration, he opened his first location in 2014. The expansion into Western Wear Outlet was driven by a desire to serve his community by creating a space where, as Cesar says, "Anyone can find exactly what they need at a better price than anywhere else."
Today, Western Wear Outlet operates as a family-owned business. Cesar believes that small businesses are the backbone of a vibrant community, and his focus remains on building relationships rather than just transactions.
